I am very embarrassed to admit that I finally took my kids to Lake Powell this year for their first time ever. Since I practically grew up at Lake Powell in the summer as a kid, I can't believe that this is the first time I have taken my kids.
The weather provided some intense moments but all in all, I think the trip was a big hit.

F.Y.I. We did not build the sandcastle that you see in these pics. We found it on the beach.
